DN Fitz Scrubs – Refund & Return Policy



We want you to love your scrubs! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Exchanges


  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom orders (like embroidery or name prints) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.



2. How to Return

  • We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.



3. Refunds


  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.



4. Damaged or Defective Items


  • If your item is arriving damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a full replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
